Abstract

Data Requirement Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been carried out by the Directorate of Statistics Dissemination through the Statistics Referral Sub-Directorate since 2005. The results of SKD 2021 are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data requirements, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is also complemented by the presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
