Prospective National Socio-Economic Survey Officer (SUSENAS) Training March 2020

On January 23-30, 2020, BPS of Luwu Timur Regency held the Prospective National Socio-Economic Survey Officer (SUSENAS) Training March 2020 at Lagaligo Hotel I, Malili. The training was attended by BPS staff as well as BPS mainstay partners in East Luwu Regency. This training was divided into two phase, the first phase held on January 23-26 2020, and the second phase on January 27-30 2020. The March 2020 Susenas Training in Phase I was attended by 24 officers consisting of 5 Supervisors / Field Inspectors (PML) and 19 people as Field Counter Officers (PCL). While the second phase was attended by 24 officers consisting of 8 PML and 16 PCL people. The implementation of this training is to provide provisions on the concepts and definitions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for conducting data collection in the field. The training material was guided by the National Instructor, Ismaya Gusmi, who also served as Head of the Social Statistics Section of BPS in Luwu Timur Regency. It is hoped that the implementation of this training can improve the quality of the March 2020 SUSENAS data collection in the field.
