Bureaucracy Reform (RB) is one of the first steps in structuring a good, effective and efficient system of governance. One indicator of the successful implementation of the Bureaucracy Reform (RB) is the improvement in service quality. To measure whether the target of bureaucratic reform was achieved or not, KemenPANRB in collaboration with the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) conducted an external evaluation of the RB and the Integrity Zone (ZI) of government agencies through the Bureaucracy Reform Implementation Survey (SHPRB).
Conduct a Survey of Bureaucratic Reform (SHPRB) Results to get a picture of the quality of service and corrupt behavior of government agencies. The target of survey respondents is the public service users in the relevant government agencies and / or agencies that coordinate work with relevant government agencies. This survey will produce a Service Quality Index (IKP) and Corruption Queue Perception Index). Both of these perception indexes are expected to be able to describe the quality of service and corrupt behavior in government agencies.
The SHPRB was held in the period of 20 August 2019 to 20 September 2019. The Government Agency in the East Luwu Regency region chosen to be the locus of SHPRB implementation was the East Luwu District Attorney.
